Couple of Announcements

  • Teams from the pervious year (2017 2nd Term) should clear and leave their workspace by March 23rd (Fri)
    • Return all locker keys and clean up space
    • Teams selected for this term can use workspace right after confirming that the previous team completed their clearance
  • Teams selected for this year (2018 1st Term) will be able to use their given workspace starting from April 2nd (Mon)
    • Usage Period: April 2nd, 2018 – July 31st, 2018
    • Require teams to inform whenever there is a change in the number of people such as the addition of a team member
    • Will check the usage rate for each team(*) and if teams do not regularly use the area, they may lose their designated workspace

    * Workspace usage rate recorded through 2F entrance card tag (checked once per day)

  • Visitors (including KAIST alumni) should submit required documents before visiting
    • Fill out temporary access card registration form for visitors and submit documents offline in person
    • Submission Period: (1st) March 26th, 2018 (Mon) ~ March 29th, 2018 (Thurs)
    • Submit Documents to KAIST W8 Building 2F Office (Person in Charge, Kyeongho Min)
  • Teams that were not given a workspace can use public workspace after completing the registration process
    • Fill in required application form for Startup KAIST Studio Workspace Assignment and submit to suky@kaist.ac.kr by March 28th (Wed)
