- Requirements
According to Regulations on Business Startup, “faculty” refers to tenure-track and non-tenure-track full-time faculty pursuant to Article 3 of Rules on Personnel Management, and excludes part-time faculty and research faculty

Lecture exemption for faculty holding positions in startups

Support in areas deemed necessary for startup activities, including use of research equipment and laboratories under KAIST

Priority in using startup incubation space and fee discounts

Startup legal counseling (expanded to tax accounting, labor, etc.)

Participation in Startup KAIST’s startup support programs e.g. KEP
