Startup KAIST Studio Office Space Registration – 2020 Fall Semester

  • WHAT IS THE STUDIO OFFICE SPACE?

    • Office space and seating assignments for startup teams for startup activities. (Not intended for corporate address registration or establishment purposes)
    • Location : W8 2nd Floor Startup KAIST Studio Ⅱ

  • DURATION

    • 2020.08.17(Mon) ~ 2021.02.15 (Fri)
    • Operational guidelines have changed due to COVID-19
    • Entrance Time: 10:00 – 10:10 am / 2:00 – 2:10 pm (Temperature Monitoring and Mask Required)
    • There will be penalties for noncompliance

  • APPLICATION PERIOD

    • 08.04(Tue) ~ 08.12(Wed)
    • Assignments announced 8/14(Fri) ※Subject to change

  • WHO CAN APPLY?

    • KAIST Students who are currently enrolled or on a leave of absence

  • ABOUT ASSIGNMENTS

    • Up to 12 teams
    • 2 Desks, 4 Chairs, 1 Cabinet, 1 Whiteboard will be provided per team  of 4 members
    • Teams with over 4 members will be considered as 2 teams
    • Teams with less than 4 members may be assigned with other teams

  • SELECTION CRITERIA

    • Depending on the order of priority (refer to the attached file)
    • Internal interviews may be conducted if necessary

  • NOTE

         Due to COVID-19, the operational guidelines have changed to the following:


    • Entrance Time: 10:00 – 10:10 am / 2:00 – 2:10 pm (Temperature Monitoring and Mask Required)
    • There will be penalties for noncompliance of entrance time
    • Required to wear masks in the office
    • Activities that may spread the virus (eating)  are strictly forbidden
    • Seat assignments are random
    • Access to office may be limited during important Startup KAIST events
    • Seat assignment will be made at discretion of Startup KAIST
    • Access to office may be limited during important Startup KAIST events
    • Under-usage of the office may lead to request to vacate the office space (based on random inspection visits)
